We’re here to make car adaptations easy. We’ll give you the advice you need and make the fitting service seamless.

The complete service from AIC

Our helpful team is on hand to advise you on the range of vehicle adaptation products available through a free home demonstration. We then work with your car dealer to ensure that your adaptations are fitted ready for you to drive away from the vehicle handover date, if you already own your car we can usually install your adaptations the same day!

Free product demonstration

Before you commit to purchase, we offer to carry out a free product demonstration and guide you through the range of car adaptations available. This allows you to view the adaptations in action and try them out for yourself!

Produce an estimate

We produce an estimate including all the required parts and agree a fitting date with you. If you are on the Motability scheme, we liaise directly with the car dealer of your choice to ensure all products are ordered correctly.

Order required products

When the job has been authorised either by yourself or Motability we will order the products and associated parts we will then contact you or your car dealer and pre arrange a fitting date.

Install the products

We arrange to install the car adaptations either at one of our workshops or we will arrange to carry out a mobile install. If you are on the Motability scheme, we arrange the installation process through your car dealer and we may arrange to collect the scooter or wheelchair from you if we are fitting a hoist.

Vehicle handover

On your vehicle handover date we work with your dealer to ensure the installation is complete and ready for collection, your Motability specialist will run through the full operating instructions or you can call into your local AIC branch where one of our experts can run through the operation of your product.
